Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Baljinder Singh for the use of Mediano. Installing or using the app means you accept them.

2. Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Mediano on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. The app and its design remain ours.

3. Your responsibilities

• Import and play only content you own or are entitled to use.
• Do not use the app to infringe anyone's rights or break the law.
• Do not reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Third-party content and services

Mediano plays content from your device and from third-party services. We do not own that content, and those services operate under their own terms. If one changes or stops working, the features that depend on it may change or stop working too.

5. Availability

The app is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular feature will remain available.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Apple

This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

8. Changes and contact
